What are the key responsibilities of an Extra Space Storage team member?

1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in-person and over the phone. 2. Ensure a positive atmosphere for customers and colleagues. 3. Maintain the safety and security of the facility, including monitoring video surveillance. 4. Assist customers with their storage needs, including renting storage units, accepting payments, and providing helpful advice. 5. Prepare and maintain records and reports related to facility operations. 6. Keep the facility and storage units clean and organized. 7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
