What is the hiring process for new positions at CB2?

The hiring process at CB2 typically begins with a resume submission and/or online job application. Once your application has been received, HR may contact you to schedule an initial phone or video interview. If you are selected to move forward in the process, you may be invited to an in-person interview with a hiring manager and/or team members. After the interview, you may be asked to complete a skills assessment or other screening tests. Following the assessment, a final offer may be extended to the successful candidate.
