We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Production Coordinator to join the Zimmermann family! As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely production of our beautiful collections. You will work closely with our design, production, and sales teams to ensure all components of the production process come together seamlessly.The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. You will have an eye for detail and an understanding of the production process. You have a knack for anticipating potential problems and finding solutions. You have an ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a production or production-related role in the fashion industry. You should also have advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the production process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery of products.
2. Coordinate with the design, production, and sales teams to ensure completion of production tasks.
3. Monitor production progress and provide updates to all stakeholders.
4. Anticipate and resolve any potential issues that may arise during the production process.
5. Ensure all production materials and resources are available and in place to complete the production process.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all production activities.
7. Develop and implement production plans for upcoming collections.
8. Ensure compliance with all production standards, policies, and procedures.
9. Monitor inventory levels and order new materials as needed.
10. Liaise with vendors to manage all aspects of production.
11. Provide support to the design and sales teams as needed.
12. Utilize advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
