Product Development Assistant

We’re looking for an exceptional and creative Product Development Assistant to join Zimmermann’s design team. As a Product Development Assistant, you will work closely with the Head of Product Development to assist with the development of Zimmermann’s collections.The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be highly organised and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fashion industry, have the ability to work autonomously and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Head of Product Development in the development of Zimmermann’s collections.
2. Work collaboratively with the design team to ensure that product development is in line with the brand’s vision and objectives.
3. Maintain an organized system for tracking progress on product development.
4. Liaise with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of product samples.
5. Source materials and fabrics for product development.
6. Monitor the quality of product samples.
7. Assist with the preparation of presentations for product development.
8. Provide support for any other product development related tasks as required.
9. Update and maintain product development records.
10. Work autonomously and effectively manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
