Pattern Maker

We are looking for an experienced and creative Pattern Maker to join our team and help create high-quality apparel for Zimmermann. This role is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with a deep knowledge of the construction and production of apparel. Our ideal candidate must have a passion for fashion, an eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality garments.The successful candidate must possess an advanced level of pattern-making skills along with excellent knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and textiles. They should also have a flair for design and an understanding of the latest fashion trends. The Pattern Maker must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask and prioritize their tasks. Responsibilities:

-Develop patterns for apparel designs that meet both the customer's needs and the company's standards

-Understand the latest fashion trends and be able to translate them into apparel designs that will be popular with customers

-Ensure all patterns are accurate and meet the company's quality standards

-Work with the design team to create patterns that are aesthetically pleasing and functional

-Identify potential problems with a pattern and suggest solutions

-Edit existing patterns and make adjustments based on customer feedback

-Keep up with new developments in pattern-making techniques and technology

-Maintain accurate and organized records of all patterns created

-Collaborate with other members of the design team to ensure the successful completion of projects
