Responsibilities of a Brand Ambassador:

1. Promote the Zimmermann brand and products to customers through engaging and enthusiastic service.
2. Drive sales, ensuring the customer experience is positive and satisfactory.
3. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Zimmermann product range and fashion industry.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
5. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
6. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
7. Monitor and report sales performance and customer feedback.
8. Assist in the training and development of new staff members.
9. Ensure all store operations are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
10. Maintain a neat and organized work area.
