Project Manager - Recruiting

You will plan, lead, coordinate, and launch technical projects with direction from the Director of Programs. Continually seek opportunities for driving greater impact through leveraging system, process and communication avenues. Support other program and project managers during various project stages including requirement gathering, process flow creation, identifying dependencies, leading design meetings, working with stakeholders, build and rollout of new systems or programs. Prioritize system enhancement projects to align with overall HR and Recruiting Workday roadmap. Communicate with all key stakeholders during and post projects, ensuring cross-functional alignment Leverage RACI of other role based Project Management approaches. Take a pro-active and data driven approach to problem solving and gap analysis.
