Drives Zebra processes to accumulate and analyze a wide-range of financial information to prepare SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy statements, and the annual report). Analyzes and makes recommendations on the preparation of cash flow statements, earnings release/investor presentations, as well as other financial disclosures. Contributes to the analysis and implementation of technical accounting topics and accounting policies. Engages with project teams across the Finance organization to provide accounting advice, including involvement with potential acquisitions & divestitures. Peer benchmarking Works with ERP financial systems and collaborates to manage system implementations. Mentors and directs other members of the accounting team.
