Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Business Operations Associate, Pricing & Packaging to join Zapier’s Business Operations team. If you’re passionate about bringing the best possible pricing and packaging solutions to our customers, we want to hear from you!In this role, you’ll be responsible for helping to design, launch, and maintain Zapier’s pricing and packaging structure. You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure that our pricing and packaging strategies align with our product and customer needs, and you’ll work with our Customer Success team to ensure that our pricing and packaging are communicated clearly and accurately.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, plus 3+ years of experience in business operations, ideally in the software or technology industry. You should also have a strong understanding of pricing and packaging strategies, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
