Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Data Analyst to join our team at Yum! Brands. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer trends and data to drive revenue growth and improved customer experience. To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for uncovering insights and have the ability to take complex data and turn it into actionable strategies.The ideal candidate for this role should have a degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science, and a minimum of two years of experience in data analysis, customer segmentation, database management, and/or customer analytics. You must also have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. If you have experience with statistical analysis software and working with large datasets, we'd love to hear from you.
