Job Description

We are currently seeking an Associate Manager Customer Experience to join our team and work closely with our customers to provide excellent service and drive customer satisfaction.As an Associate Manager Customer Experience, you will be responsible for leading customer experience initiatives, driving customer engagement and satisfaction, and managing customer feedback. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met and that customer service is a key priority.To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. You must have a proven track record of successful customer experience management and have experience leading customer experience initiatives. In addition, experience in the food industry, data analysis and a Bachelor's degree in a related field are highly desirable.If you have a passion for customer experience and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, then we would love to hear from you.
