
Analyst Legal Support
The Legal Analyst provides analysis and administrative support to the Litigation and Claims department management team. Tracks and reports on reserves to all interested parties including third party administrators (TPAs), Administrators, and brokers. Prepares litigation management reports for all open claims. Gathers, interprets, and prepares data to update. Creates and maintains all litigation files and documentation. Prepares and distributes claim acknowledgement letters. Reviews and maintains department correspondence for assigned clients. Maintains, updates, and distributes department calendar for assigned clients. Develops and conducts presentations to clients at meetings upon request. Participates as needed in the development and presentation of educational programs.
Experience in litigation, insurance law, or liability practice preferred but not required
Two years of experience doing analytic writing
Minimum of three years of experience as a legal secretary in a law firm environment
