As a Manager, Consulting Services, you will oversee a team of Managers and Analysts responsible for onboarding and implementation of Yext customers. You will be responsible for the productivity and success of your team and its members while working closely with the Client Success Leadership team. Effectively communicate and report on Team Utilization, CSAT, Portfolio/Project Risks and Time to Value. Meet team KPI targets on a quarterly basis and gather input from the team and other internal or external stakeholders to determine ways to improve on KPIs. Onboard new team members and train them on core competencies including Project Management fundamentals, Client Services fundamentals, and Yext Platform functionality. Conduct recurring 1:1's with team members and assist in their career development.
