1. Review and process workers compensation claims for accuracy and completeness.
2. Coordinate with medical providers to ensure appropriate and timely treatment for injured employees.
3. Communicate with injured employees and their supervisors to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of their claims.
4. Conduct investigations to determine the validity of workers compensation claims.
5. Evaluate medical records and other supporting documentation to determine the appropriate level of compensation for injured employees.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims and related activities.
7. Collaborate with insurance companies and legal representatives to resolve disputed claims.
8. Stay up-to-date on state laws and regulations regarding workers compensation to ensure compliance.
9. Provide excellent customer service to injured employees and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
