Job Description

Yale New Haven Health System is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of a variety of positions from entry-level to executive-level. You will be a vital part of our Talent Acquisition team, managing and developing relationships with a wide range of candidates and other stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you must have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for recruiting, and a successful track record of finding and engaging top talent.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role. You should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Additionally, you should have a working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, and a familiarity with best practices related to recruitment and interviewing.
