  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations for the healthcare system, including transportation and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
  2. Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective logistics strategies to ensure timely and safe delivery of essential items to all facilities.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to forecast supply and equipment needs and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
  4. Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline processes and reduce costs.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  6. Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of supplies and equipment.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements related to logistics operations.
  8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for logistics processes and regularly review and update them as needed.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to support emergency preparedness efforts and ensure the availability of critical supplies and equipment.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics management and implement them to continuously improve operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Logistics Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Operations, Including Inventory Management, Distribution, And Transportation.

  • Experience In Leading And Developing A Team, With Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Compliance In Healthcare Logistics, Such As Joint Commission Standards And Fda Regulations.
