  • Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring easy accessibility for leadership
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders, including patients, staff, and vendors
  • Proactively identify and resolve any administrative issues or challenges to maintain efficient operations
  • Collaborate with other administrative assistants and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Assist with budget management and expense tracking for executive leadership
  • Plan and execute special projects and events as needed

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Support Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Responsibilities.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs.
