Sonographer

Yale New Haven Health System is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sonographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and dedicated professional who demonstrates a thorough understanding of all applicable sonography principles, techniques, and protocols. As a Sonographer, you will play an integral role in providing quality patient care.The successful candidate will possess a minimum of an Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and a minimum of two years' experience in performing sonographic examinations in an acute care setting. Certification in RDMS, RVT, and/or ARDMS is desirable, but not required. They must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as have a strong customer service orientation. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to work with a variety of patient populations, from pediatric to geriatric, and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
