- Coordinate and oversee various programs and services for patients and their families at the Smilow Cancer Hospital.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to identify their needs and develop appropriate programs and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations to expand support services for patients and their families.
- Ensure that all programs and services are aligned with the hospital's mission and goals for providing high-quality cancer care.
- Develop and implement strategies to measure the effectiveness of programs and services and make improvements as necessary.
- Manage program budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of funds.
- Work closely with the hospital's marketing and communications team to promote and raise awareness of programs and services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities and outcomes.
- Serve as a point of contact for patients and their families, providing support and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in cancer care and treatment to ensure programs and services are up-to-date and relevant.
- Train and support volunteers and staff members involved in program implementation.
- Collaborate with other departments within the hospital to ensure seamless delivery of services to patients.
- Maintain a positive and supportive work environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines, to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Program Coordination Or Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Standards, As Well As Experience In Developing And Implementing Policies And Procedures.
Demonstrated Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines, And To Adapt To Changing Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
