1. Develop and implement simulation-based learning initiatives to enhance the education and training of staff and students within the healthcare organization.
2. Utilize technology to design and deliver innovative and engaging curriculum for simulation-based learning.
3. Lead and facilitate simulation-based training sessions for staff and students, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create simulation scenarios that align with learning objectives and organizational goals.
5. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in simulation education and incorporate them into curriculum design and delivery.
6. Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of simulation-based learning programs.
7. Train and mentor staff and faculty on simulation technology and best practices for simulation education.
8. Manage and maintain simulation equipment and resources, ensuring they are up to date and functioning properly.
9. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to integrate simulation-based learning into overall education and training programs.
10. Serve as a resource and consultant to faculty, staff, and students on simulation-based learning and technology.
11. Contribute to the continuous improvement of simulation-based learning by identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
12. Maintain records and documentation related to simulation-based learning programs, including attendance, evaluations, and outcomes.
13. Represent the organization at conferences and events related to simulation education and technology.
14. Participate in the development and management of the simulation education budget.
15. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of the job and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
