Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Institution
Board Certification In A Clinical Specialty (E.g. Pharmacotherapy, Ambulatory Care, Critical Care)
At Least 5 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Pharmacist In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Medicine And Clinical Drug Literature
