- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to support the organization's financial goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to assist with budgeting and financial planning.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Utilize ERP systems to extract and analyze financial data, and make recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing key insights and recommendations.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and research to support decision-making and special projects.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare finance, and apply this knowledge to enhance the financial operations of the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on financial goals and initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support to help develop their skills and knowledge in financial analysis and ERP systems.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Financial Analysis And Erp Systems Implementation In A Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Reporting And Analysis, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Variance Analysis.
Proficiency In Erp Systems Such As Oracle, Sap, Or Workday, With Experience Leading System Implementations And Upgrades.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
