Job Description

Yale New Haven Health System is looking for a Senior Accountant/Analyst who is a critical thinker and an excellent communicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for our organization.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented professional to grow their career with one of the nation’s leading healthcare systems. The Senior Accountant/Analyst will be a key member of our Finance team and will play an integral role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements and developing reports that will help us make better, data-driven decisions.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Additionally, the Senior Accountant/Analyst should have knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial management systems. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
