Job Description

Yale New Haven Health System is currently looking for a Regulatory Specialist, Accreditation & Regulatory Affairs who is driven and passionate about providing quality healthcare. As the Regulatory Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements for accreditation and regulatory affairs across the organization. A successful candidate for this role will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with an in-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements. If you are an enthusiastic leader with an understanding of healthcare compliance, this is the job for you! Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in healthcare or related field• 5+ years of experience in healthcare quality, accreditation and/or regulatory compliance• Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to healthcare and accreditation• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and other departments• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Demonstrated ability to think critically and analytically, and to take initiative and make decisions• Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
