Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Registered Nurse Working In Medicine Infectious Disease At Yale New Haven Health System Must Have A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution. This Provides The Fundamental Knowledge And Skills Necessary For Providing High-Quality Patient Care.

  • Current Rn License In The State Of Connecticut: The Candidate Must Have A Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Connecticut. This Ensures That The Nurse Is Legally Authorized To Practice And Is Up-To-Date With All Necessary Certifications And Requirements.

  • Prior Experience In Infectious Disease: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working In The Field Of Infectious Disease. This Could Include Experience In A Hospital, Clinic, Or Public Health Setting, And Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of The Specialized Care Required For This Patient Population.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Communication Is A Crucial Aspect Of Nursing, And A Registered Nurse In Medicine Infectious Disease At Yale New Haven Health System Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
