- Oversee and manage a team of nurses, providing mentorship and leadership to ensure high-quality patient care.

- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for nursing staff.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for medical supplies and equipment.
- Handle any patient or staff concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Connecticut.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Nursing Experience, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Patient Care Plans, As Well As Coordinating And Managing Patient Care.
Strong Communication, Organizational, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Interdisciplinary Teams.
