Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Program
Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Connecticut
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Case Management Or Related Healthcare Field
Knowledge Of Medicare And Medicaid Regulations And Policies
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams And External Stakeholders
