  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including HIPAA and Joint Commission requirements.
  9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior project management staff, helping to develop their skills and knowledge.
  10. Continuously evaluate project outcomes and make recommendations for improvements to enhance patient care and organizational success.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful project implementation and integration.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  13. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management, applying relevant knowledge to continuously improve project processes and outcomes.
  14. Uphold the values and mission of Yale New Haven Health System in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Project Management Experience, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects From Initiation To Completion.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma.
