Project Manager - Ambulatory, Design & Construction

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing projects in the ambulatory design & construction space, and the drive to achieve excellence in this role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design & construction and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service to our clients.The Project Manager – Ambulatory, Design & Construction will be responsible for providing oversight and expertise to support and coordinate the design, construction, and renovation of Yale New Haven Health System's ambulatory projects. This role requires a high level of knowledge and experience in the design and construction process, as well as strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field• 5+ years of experience in the design, construction, and/or renovation of ambulatory projects• Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and project management software• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously• Highly motivated and organized with strong attention to detailIf you have the qualifications, passion, and drive to join our team, we look forward to hearing from you!
