
Practice Administrative Associate

- Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors at all times.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with patients, staff, and vendors.
- Assist in the organization and scheduling of appointments for patients.
- Manage patient records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments within the health system to ensure seamless patient care.
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Participate in the preparation and maintenance of financial and administrative reports.
- Support the billing and insurance processes for the practice.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members.
- Ensure that all office equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and follow HIPAA guidelines.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise in the practice.
- Stay updated on all policies and procedures related to the practice and adhere to them.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and events.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the practice manager.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Administrative Or Support Role.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Team.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
