  1. Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors at all times.
  2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with patients, staff, and vendors.
  3. Assist in the organization and scheduling of appointments for patients.
  4. Manage patient records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
  5. Coordinate and communicate with other departments within the health system to ensure seamless patient care.
  6. Handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Participate in the preparation and maintenance of financial and administrative reports.
  8. Support the billing and insurance processes for the practice.
  9. Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members.
  10. Ensure that all office equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and follow HIPAA guidelines.
  12. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise in the practice.
  13. Stay updated on all policies and procedures related to the practice and adhere to them.
  14. Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and events.
  15. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the practice manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Administrative Or Support Role.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Team.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
