- Provide high-quality medical services to patients in the emergency department, including performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries, and prescribing medications.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Assess and triage patients based on their medical needs and urgency of care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies as needed.
- Administer emergency treatments and procedures, such as suturing, splinting, and wound care.
