1. Assist in providing exceptional care to patients by learning and applying pharmacy principles and protocols.
2. Gain hands-on experience by shadowing and assisting licensed pharmacists in various pharmacy settings.
3. Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing.
4. Understand and comply with all federal and state laws and regulations governing pharmacy practice.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and prescription information.
6. Participate in medication inventory management and assist with ordering and restocking medications.
7. Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
8. Learn and adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including confidentiality and patient privacy.
9. Attend and actively participate in educational and training sessions.
10. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and apply new knowledge to improve patient care.
11. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members.
