- Assist in providing exceptional care to patients by learning and applying pharmacy principles and protocols.
- Gain hands-on experience by shadowing and assisting licensed pharmacists in various pharmacy settings.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing.
- Understand and comply with all federal and state laws and regulations governing pharmacy practice.
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescription information.
- Participate in medication inventory management and assist with ordering and restocking medications.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
- Learn and adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including confidentiality and patient privacy.
- Attend and actively participate in educational and training sessions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and apply new knowledge to improve patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

- Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge through self-evaluation and feedback.
Currently Enrolled In An Accredited Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Program.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Completed At Least Two Years Of Coursework In A Pharmacy Program.
Possess A Valid Pharmacy Intern License In The State Of Connecticut.
Prior Experience In A Pharmacy Setting, Such As A Retail Or Hospital Pharmacy, Is Preferred.
