Job Description

Yale New Haven Health System seeks an experienced and dedicated Pediatric Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a passion for working with children and families, a commitment to providing excellent patient care, and a strong knowledge of specialized medication regimens. This position requires a PharmD degree, current licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Connecticut, and at least three years of pediatric solid organ transplant experience in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
