  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to pediatric patients and their families.
  2. Attend to the physical, emotional, and developmental needs of pediatric patients.
  3. Monitor the well-being and progress of pediatric patients and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  4. Assist with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, and dressing for pediatric patients.
  5. Administer medication and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
  6. Maintain a safe and clean environment for pediatric patients.
  7. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for pediatric patients.
  9. Document patient care and observations accurately and in a timely manner.
  10. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  11. Participate in educational and training opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  12. Serve as a positive role model for patients and their families.
  13. Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for pediatric patients and their families.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
  16. Assist in emergency situations and provide necessary support to the healthcare team.
  17. Adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  18. Foster a positive and cooperative working relationship with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
  19. Provide emotional support and comfort to pediatric patients and their families.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
