- Provide critical care to pediatric patients during emergency situations.
- Work as part of a critical care transport team to provide life-saving interventions and treatments during air transport.
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and technology to deliver the highest level of care to pediatric patients.

Current Certification As A Paramedic And/Or Registered Nurse With A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Pediatric Critical Care.
Advanced Training In Pediatric Critical Care, Such As Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Pals) And Neonatal Resuscitation Program (Nrp).
Previous Experience In Flight Medicine And/Or Critical Care Transport, Preferably In A Pediatric Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Ability To Work In A High-Stress And Fast-Paced Environment, With Excellent Decision-Making And Critical Thinking Skills.
