  1. Conduct hearing screenings and assessments for pediatric patients using appropriate equipment and techniques.
  2. Assist audiologists in conducting diagnostic evaluations and interpreting test results.
  3. Educate parents and caregivers on hearing disorders, treatment options, and strategies for managing hearing impairments in children.
  4. Provide support and guidance to children and families throughout the treatment process.
  5. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of audiology equipment.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation.
  7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including speech therapists and otolaryngologists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  8. Monitor and track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and research in pediatric audiology.
  10. Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  11. Participate in training and educational opportunities to continuously improve clinical skills and knowledge.
  12. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and maintain a positive and professional demeanor with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  13. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including confidentiality and ethical standards.
  14. Act as an advocate for children with hearing impairments and promote awareness and understanding of their needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Audiology, Speech And Hearing Sciences, Or A Related Field.

  • Prior Experience Working With Children In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work Effectively With Children And Their Families.
