Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Insurance Companies, And Healthcare Providers.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Patient Financial Services Or Revenue Cycle Management.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Billing And Insurance Processes, Including Medicare, Medicaid, And Commercial Insurance Plans.
Proficient In Using Electronic Health Record Systems And Financial Software, With The Ability To Accurately And Efficiently Process Payments And Maintain Patient Financial Records.
