Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: A Cna Certification Is Required For This Role, As It Demonstrates A Basic Knowledge Of Patient Care And Healthcare Procedures.
Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Prior Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Hospital Or Long-Term Care Facility, Is Preferred For A Patient Care Associate At Yale New Haven Health System.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Patient Care Associate, You Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For This Role.
