  1. Monitor and observe patient conditions to ensure timely and accurate reporting to nursing staff.
  2. Provide vital support to nursing staff by promptly reporting any changes in patient condition.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of observations and report any concerns to the appropriate staff.
  4. Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
  5. Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  6. Adhere to all hospital policies and protocols related to patient observation and monitoring.
  7. Attend and actively participate in training and educational sessions to maintain knowledge of best practices and procedures.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow all HIPAA regulations.
  9. Help create a safe and comfortable environment for patients and their families.
  10. Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by the nursing staff or supervisor.

Job Qualifications
