- Provide exceptional care to neonatal patients and their families in the NICU.
- Participate in the comprehensive residency program designed to support and develop new RNs.
- Continuously learn and grow in the field of neonatal nursing.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records.

Strong Communication, Critical Thinking, And Problem-Solving Skills.
Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification From The American Heart Association.
Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree From An Accredited Nursing Program.
Current And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) Licensure In The State Of Connecticut.
Completion Of A Clinical Rotation Or Coursework In Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Nicu) Nursing.
