  1. Greet patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all.
  2. Efficiently and accurately schedule appointments for patients, ensuring optimal use of physician and facility time.
  3. Maintain patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  4. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate party, providing excellent customer service.
  5. Verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations for procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  7. Coordinate and assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
  8. Offer support and assistance to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  9. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and follow all HIPAA regulations.
  10. Keep waiting areas and reception desk clean and organized.
  11. Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure efficient and timely patient care.
  12. Act as a liaison between patients and physicians, ensuring clear communication and understanding of treatment plans.
  13. Continuously update and maintain knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.
  14. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies.
  15. Display a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the organization in a positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology In Order To Accurately Record And Transcribe Patient Information.
