5. Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
6. Ensure that all medical equipment is properly sterilized and maintained for safe use.
7. Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments for patients as needed.
8. Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, processing paperwork, and managing patient files.
9. Provide patients with education and resources regarding their medical conditions and treatment plans.
10. Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify and address any patient care concerns or issues.
11. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the overall patient experience.
13. Attend required trainings and meetings to stay updated on policies, procedures, and industry developments.
