- Develop and implement compensation strategies in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages for all employees.
- Work closely with HR team to identify and address compensation-related issues and concerns.
- Design and maintain compensation plans, including base pay, bonuses, and incentives.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations regarding compensation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine appropriate salary ranges for new positions.
- Advise and consult with senior leadership on compensation-related matters.
- Oversee the administration of the annual performance evaluation and salary review process.
- Develop and maintain communication and training materials on compensation policies and procedures for employees and managers.
- Monitor and analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Participate in job evaluations and classification studies to determine appropriate salary levels.
- Manage the compensation budget and provide reports and analysis to senior leadership.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation and make recommendations for improvements.
- Lead and mentor a team of compensation professionals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values fairness and equity in compensation.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Demonstrated Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal And State Laws, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices Related To Compensation.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
