  1. Conduct laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
  2. Maintain and operate laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functioning and calibration.
  3. Monitor and analyze test results, identifying any abnormalities or discrepancies.
  4. Prepare and handle samples, ensuring proper storage and labeling.
  5. Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures in the laboratory.
  6. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate results.
  7. Keep accurate records of all tests, procedures, and results.
  8. Stay up-to-date with advancements in laboratory technology and procedures.
  9. Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure accuracy and precision.
  10. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
  11. Train and supervise junior staff members on laboratory procedures and protocols.
  12. Follow all HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  14. Assist with research projects and studies as needed.
  15. Act as a resource for colleagues and other healthcare professionals regarding laboratory procedures and technology.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or Related Field.

  • Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) Or Medical Technologist (Mt) From A Recognized Accrediting Agency.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Laboratory Equipment And Procedures, Including Proficiency In Performing Complex Laboratory Tests.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, With Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.
