
Infusion Registered Nurse

- Administer infusion therapy: The Infusion Registered Nurse will be responsible for administering infusion therapy to patients according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor patient response: The Infusion RN will closely monitor patients during and after infusion therapy to assess their response and make any necessary adjustments.
- Educate patients: It will be the responsibility of the Infusion RN to educate patients on their infusion therapy, including potential side effects and how to manage them.
- Ensure patient safety: The Infusion RN will maintain a safe and sterile environment during infusion therapy and follow all infection control protocols to prevent any potential complications.
- Document and maintain records: Accurate documentation of all infusion therapy procedures and patient progress is essential, and the Infusion RN will be responsible for maintaining and updating patient records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team: The Infusion RN will work closely with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on latest developments: The Infusion RN will be responsible for staying current on the latest developments and advancements in infusion therapy to provide the best possible care to patients.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field.
Certification In Infusion Nursing (Crni) Preferred.
Current Rn Licensure In The State Of Connecticut.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Infusion Therapy.
