- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems during night shift hours.
- Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions, including but not limited to heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule necessary repairs and maintenance to minimize disruption to daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for self and others.
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in HVAC technology to provide the best possible service.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide timely solutions to prevent interruption of essential services.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress, issues, and concerns.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to all relevant codes, regulations, and standards in the performance of duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide suggestions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HVAC operations.

Ability To Work Independently And Handle Multiple Tasks Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Hvac Mechanic In A Similar Healthcare Setting.
Certification In Hvac Systems, Such As Epa 608 And Universal Cfc.
Experience With Troubleshooting And Repairing A Variety Of Hvac Equipment, Including Chillers, Boilers, Air Handling Units, And Refrigeration Systems.
Knowledge Of Building Automation Systems And Ability To Make Programming Adjustments.
