
HR Business Partner
At Yale New Haven Health System, we are seeking a highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our team. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that support our organizational goals and objectives, while also providing comprehensive HR services to ensure our employees are supported and our organization remains a desirable place to work. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least five years of experience in a business partner capacity. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, and a Master's Degree or relevant certification is preferred. The successful candidate should also have a strong background in employee relations, performance management, and compensation and talent management. We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills, a customer service focus, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
