  1. Conduct financial analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. This includes analyzing revenue, expenses, budgets, and other financial metrics.
  2. Provide insights and recommendations: Use financial analysis to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making. This may include identifying cost-saving opportunities or revenue-generating initiatives.
  3. Develop financial models: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future financial performance and analyze potential scenarios.
  4. Prepare financial reports: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, for management and other stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to gather data, understand business processes, and communicate financial analysis findings.
  6. Monitor financial performance: Monitor financial performance and variances against budget and forecast, and report on any significant changes or trends.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and healthcare finance to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  8. Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  9. Support budgeting process: Assist in the development and management of budgets, providing financial analysis and insights to support the budgeting process.
  10. Contribute to strategic initiatives: Participate in and provide financial analysis support for strategic initiatives and projects to drive financial success for the organization.
  11. Train and mentor team members: Train and mentor team members on financial analysis techniques and best practices, as needed.
  12. Maintain confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Focus On Attention To Detail.

  • Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Forecasting, As Well As Knowledge Of Financial Systems And Software.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
