- Develop and implement efficient HR systems to support the diverse workforce of Yale New Haven Health System.
- Analyze and evaluate the impact of ERP systems on organizational processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR system needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise and support for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR systems in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HR systems and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain documentation for HR systems processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Train and support HR staff and end-users on HR systems and processes.
- Assist with the integration of new HR systems and technologies.
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure the smooth operation of HR systems.
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and streamlining of HR processes through the effective use of HR systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee data in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to HR team members on HR systems.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall business operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Implementing And Supporting Hr Systems, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Regulations, Such As Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc.
Proficiency In Erp Systems, Specifically Hr Modules, Such As Sap, Peoplesoft, Or Workday.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
