  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day business operations of all Yale New Haven Health System facilities.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to healthcare business operations.
  5. Lead and manage a team of business operation professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to develop and implement cross-functional initiatives.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and community organizations.
  8. Continuously evaluate and optimize processes and procedures to enhance the overall performance of the organization.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into business operations strategies.
  10. Act as a liaison between senior leadership and front-line staff, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Organization.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Optimizing Business Operations, Including Budgeting, Financial Analysis, And Process Improvement.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.
